BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to accept Federal funds from the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet's Office of Highway Safety, which Grant funds are in the amount of $251,030.00, for the Traffic Safety Program for FY 2025, the acceptance of which does not obligate the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government for the expenditure of funds.
