BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the Service Agreements, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Granicus, Inc., for legislative management software and hardware in Fiscal Year 2020.
Section 2 -That an amount, not to exceed the sum $53,148.00, be and hereby is approved for payment in Fiscal Year 2020 to Granicus, Inc., from the following accounts in the following sums: 1101-133001-0001-75103 ($12,360.00), 1101-202505-0001-72205 ($37,080.00), and 1101-123001-0001-76102 ($3,708.00), pursuant to the terms of the Service Agreements.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
