BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 – That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute an Agreement with PhotoShelter, Inc., which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to upgrade the current subscription to add new alt text capabilities, AI functionality and significant accessibility benefits, for the Office of Public Information.
Section 2 – That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $4,500.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to PhotoShelter, Inc. in FY27, from accounts #1101-160301-75101 ($2,250), and #1101-160303-75101 ($2,250), pursuant to the terms of the Agreement, with funding in fu...
