Authorization to award the Pebble Creek Bank Stabilization Project Contract to DelMae, LLC in the amount of $83,300. The Pebble Creek Stabilization Project along the North Bank of the Section of Wilson Downing Tributary behind the properties of 612, 616, and 628 Pebble Creek Drive has approximately 250 linear feet of stream bank that is eroding from recent utility work in the area. This project will restore the bank to conditions prior to construction. Funds are Budgeted. (L0471-24) (Martin/Albright)

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with DelMae LLC, for services related to the Pebble Creek Bank Stabilization Project, for the Division of Water Quality.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $83,300.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to DelMae LLC, from account # 4052-303204-3372-92211, pursuant to the terms of the Agreement.
Section 3 - This Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
