BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That Guidelines for the Hazardous Street Tree (Cost-Share) Program, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, be and hereby are approved, to provide financial assistance to owners of owner-occupied residential property in removing hazardous street trees pursuant to Chapter 17B of the Code of Ordinances.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
