BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Strand Associates, Inc., for design of the salt dome and associated facilities at 1791 Old Frankfort Pike.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $196,780.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Strand Associates, Inc., from the following accounts $61,001.80 from account #1101-303301-90511, $100,357.80 from account #1115-303304-90511 and $35,420.40 from account #4121-303301-90511.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
