Authorization to transfer one (1) classified position of Operations Manager (Grade 520E) and the incumbent from the Division of Waste Management to the Division of Environmental Services, effective upon passage of Council. The purpose of this request is to permanently transfer the position to the other div. in order to align responsibilities and funding to the appropriate area. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the following subsection line number is hereby amended to read as follows:
350.020 2 686 520E Operations Manager
Section 2 - That the following subsection line number is hereby created to read as follows:
390.029 1 686 520E Operations Manager
Section 3 -That the incumbent, John Day, be and hereby is transferred from the Division of Waste Management to the Division of Environmental Services at his current job class, pay grade and title.
Section 4 - That this Ordinance shall become effective upon passage of Council.
