BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Urban County Government hereby ratifies the Mayor's prior execution of an Agreement with West Kentucky Correctional Healthcare LLC d/b/a Comprehensive Correctional Care (3C), which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, for the provision of services related to inmate medical care and mental health services, on behalf of the Division of Community Corrections, at a cost estimated not to exceed $11,835,921.
