Summary
Authorization to adjust the cost of the Agreement with Meridian Management Corporation (Reso #219-2023) for facility management services for operations and maintenance at the Fayette County District and Circuit Courthouses. The adjustment is related to the Consumer Price Index, as dictated in the original Contract, and will increase the cost from $1,220,448.00 in in FY26 to $1,264,383.08 in FY27, a difference of $43,935.08.
