BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute Amendment No. 5 to an Agreement with the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, in order to alter the scope of Town Branch Trail, Phase V, to transfer the remaining funding from Phase IV to Phase V, and to accept additional federal funds in the amount of $810,000.00 for the right-of-way...
