BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the Memorandum of Understanding, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Community Action Council for Lexington-Fayette, Bourbon, Harrison, and Nicholas Counties, Inc., for the provision of temporary non-congregate emergency shelter and case management services for those experiencing homelessness in the month of April 2021.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $92,521.06, is hereby approved for payment to Community Action Council for Lexington-Fayette, Bourbon, Harrison, and Nicholas Counties, Inc., from account # 1101-155003-0001-78112.
Section 3 -- That this Resolution shall become effective as of April 1, 2021.
