BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT.
Section 1 - That the following subsection line numbers in the Classified Civil Service authorized strength be and hereby are amended to read as follows:
760.020 7 844 525E Parks & Recreation Superintendent
760.155 1 103 508N Staff Assistant
Section 2 - That subsection line number 760.033 in the Classified Civil Service authorized strength be and hereby is deleted.
Section 3 - That this Ordinance shall become effective upon passage of Council.
