BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Urban County Council be and hereby adopts the policy regarding Contract Change Orders related to the Sanitary Sewers Remedial Measures Plan as provided in Chief Administrative Policy No. 15R, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and that the Urban County Government personnel designated in the policy, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, are hereby authorized to execute any necessary change orders and related documents, consistent with the policy.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
