BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute Change Order No. Two, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to Todd Johnson Construction Co., for construction of Meadows/Northland/Arlington Public Improvements, Phase 5A, increasing the contract price by the sum of $70,360.42 from $1,485,989.57 to $1,556,349.99.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $70,360.42, be and hereby is approved for payment to Todd Johnson Construction Co., from account # 3120-303202-91713 ($16,556.30) and account #4003-303202...
