BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute and submit a Grant Application to the Kentucky Justice and Public Safety Cabinet, and to provide any additional information requested in connection with this Grant Application, which Grant funds are in the amount of $76,243 Federal funds, and are for the continuation of the Street Sales Drug Enforcement Project for FY 2021.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
