Title

A Resolution authorizing the Div. of Human Resources to make conditional and promotional offers to the successful candidates for Classified Civil Service, Unclassified Civil Service and sworn positions; directing the Mayor to provide a list of the names of the successful candidates, pay grades and salaries no later than August 13, 2020; and providing that this authorization shall expire on August 13, 2020. [Council Office, Maynard]

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:

                     Section 1 - That the Division of Human Resources is authorized to make conditional and promotional offers to the successful candidates for Classified Civil Service, Unclassified Civil Service and sworn positions. 

                     Section 2 - That the Mayor be and hereby is directed to provide a list of names of the successful candidates, pay grades and salaries no later than August 13, 2020.

                     Section 3 - That this authorization shall expire on August 13, 2020.

 

Section 4 - That upon successful completion of the physical and/or medical examination, if required, the candidates for Classified Civil Service Positions who accepted conditional offers May start their Classified Civil Service probationary period.

                     Section 5 - That upon successful completion of the physical and/or medical examination, if required, the candidates for Unclassified Civil Service Positions who accepted conditional offers May begin employment.

Section 6 - That upon successful completion of the physical and/or medical examination, if required, the candidates for sworn positions who accepted conditional offers May start the probationary period.

Section 7 - That this Resolution shall become effective upon passage of Council.
