Section 1 - That the bid of Hydro Controls, Inc., establishing a price contract for fabricated stainless steel slide gates, for the Division of Water Quality, be and hereby is accepted and approved as to the specifications and amounts set forth in the terms of the bid, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
