BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute Change Order No. 3, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to the Contract with Todd Johnson Construction, Co., for the Meadows-Northland-Arlington Improvements Project, Phase 5A, for the Division of Human Resources, increasing the contract price by the sum of $150,266.83 from $1,476,330.16 to $1,706,616.82.
