A Resolution authorizing the Mayor, on behalf of the Urban County Government, or the Chief Information Officer as the Mayor's designee, to execute a renewal Agreement with RecTrac LLC, d/b/a Vermont Systems, for RecTrac and WebTrac software for the Div. of Parks and Recreation, at a cost estimated not to exceed $30,000 in FY2026, and further authorizing the Mayor, or the Chief Information Officer as the Mayor's designee, to execute any other documents, including future renewals, necessary for continued implementation, operation, support, or maintenance of same, subject to annual increases in an amount not to exceed five percent (5%), contingent upon the appropriation of sufficient funds in future fiscal years. Summary
