Body

WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 2.03 of the Charter of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, Resolution No. 532-2023 was enacted by the Urban County Council on October 12, 2023, specifying the intention of the Urban County Government to expand and extend the Full Urban Services District #1; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 2.03 of the Charter of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, Resolution No. 532-2023 was published in the Lexington Herald-Leader; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to KRS 67A.860, certified letters were mailed to property owners to be affected by the expansion and extension of the Full Urban Services District #1, informing them of the proposed expansion and extension and the time and place of a public hearing; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 2.03 of the Charter of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government and KRS 67A.860, a public hearing was held on November 14, 2023, to inform and receive the views of all interested persons concerning the expansion and extension of the Full Urban Services District #1.
