BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute an Amendment to the Agreement, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with the Kentucky Emergency Management Agency, for the Lexington-Fayette Animal Care and Control Facility Generator Project, extending the period of performance to June 30, 2024, and is further authorized to execute any other necessary amendments related to that Agreement.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
