BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute Contract Modification No. 1 to an Engineering Services Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Hall-Harmon Engineers, Inc., for design services for Rose Street widening project bike lanes.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $6,500.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Hall-Harmon Engineers, Inc., from account #3160-303202-90313 ($1,841.00) and from account #1136-303202-91715 ($4,659), ...
