Section 1 - That the bid of Custom Container Solutions, LLC, establishing a price Contract for Open Top Containers, for the Division of Waste Management, be and hereby is accepted and approved as to the specifications and amounts set forth in the terms of the bid, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
