BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:

                     Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute Change Order No.
1 (Final), which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to the Agreement with Herrick Company, Inc., for the Hartland Pump Station No. 3 Replacement Project, decreasing the contract price by $149,904.76, from $1,110,000.00 to $960,095.24.

                     Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
