BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
      Section 1 - That the property located at 755 Enterprise Drive is hereby declared to be surplus property.
      Section 2 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute deeds and any other necessary documents for the transfer of property located at 755 Enterprise Drive to FRM Lawson, LLC, in exchange for easements necessary for the Wolf Run Pump Station and Relocation Project.
      Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
