Section 1 -That subsection line number 350.035 of Section 21-5(2) of the Code of Ordinances be and hereby is deleted.
Section 2 - That the following subsection line number of Section 21-5(2) of the Code of Ordinances be and hereby is amended to read as follows:

Section 3 - That Damon Griggs be and hereby is transferred at his current job classification, pay grade and salary from the Division of Waste Management to the Division of Computer Services.
