BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the bids of Advanced Turf Solutions, Inc.; Regal Chemical Company; John Deere Landscapes; Harrell’s, LLC; and Residex, LLC, establishing price contracts for Golf Course Horticulture products, for the Division of Parks and Recreation, be and hereby are accepted and approved as to the specifications and amounts set forth in the terms of the bids, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
