BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Division of Human Resources is authorized to make a conditional offer to the following Probationary Community Corrections Officer Appointments:
Charles Bertram, Community Corrections Officer Recruit, Grade 109N, $15.384 hourly in the Division of Community Corrections, effective upon passage of Council.
Haley Walthers, Community Corrections Officer Recruit, Grade 109N, $15.384 hourly in the Division of Community Corrections, effective upon passage of Council.
Connor Gray, Community Corrections Officer Recruit, Grade 109N, $15.384 hourly in the Division of Community Corrections, effective upon passage of Council.
Section 2 - That upon successful completion of the physical or medical
examination, the applicants listed May begin employment.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective upon passage of the
Council.
