BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:

 Section 1 - That Section 16-307 of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government Code of Ordinances be and hereby is amended to read as follows:

An independent formal review and audit of the Capacity Assurance Program and collected fees shall be performed on or before June 30, 2025 and every five (5) years thereafter and the audit reports shall be sent to the Urban County Council.

Section 2 - That this Ordinance shall become effective on the date of its passage.
