BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute deeds and any other necessary documents to accept a portion of (4.48 acres) the property located at 3097 Helmsdale Place from the Kentucky Utilities Company, for the Brighton Rail Trail Phase 4 Project; Granting the Kentucky Utilities Company a permanent utility and access easement on the property, at no cost to the Urban County Government.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
