BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That Section 1 of Resolution #195-2015 is amended to read as follows:
That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to accept a grant from the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet, which Grant funds are in the amount of $1,278,000.00 Federal funds, are for design of Phases IV, V, and VI of the Town Branch Trail under the Congestion, Mitigation and Air Quality Program, and the acceptance of which obligates the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government for the expenditure of a 20% local match in the amount of $257,600.00, which will be provided by the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet through toll credits.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
