Authorization to execute Amendment to an Agreement with Community Action Council for Lexington-Fayette, Bourbon, Harrison, and Nicholas Counties, Inc. to increase the Emergency Solutions Grant CARES Act Budget to $443,520 for temporary summer cooling shelter and to extend period of performance to August 31, 2023. LFUCG Administration Grant Budget will be reduced by $200,000, Mountain Comprehensive Care Center Rapid Rehousing Budget will be reduced by $143,520 and New Beginnings Rapid Rehousing Budget will be reduced by $100,000, and authorizing the Mayor to execute any other Agreements or amendments with Community Action Council for Lexington-Fayette, Bourbon, Harrison, and Nicholas Counties, Inc. related to the use of these funds.
