COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the following subsection line number of Section 21-5(2) of the Code of Ordinances be and hereby is amended to read as follows:
760.180 21 602 106N Public Service Worker
Section 2 - That certain of the Budgets of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government are amended and funds are appropriated pursuant to Budget Schedule No. 0027, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Section 3 - That this Ordinance shall become effective upon passage.
