BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Division of Human Resources is authorized to make a conditional offer to the following Probationary Civil Service Appointments:
Joy Thomas, Custodial Worker, Grade 102N, $11.15 hourly, in the Division of Facilities and Fleet Management, effective upon passage of Council.
Donald Bandach, Equipment Operator Sr., Grade $16.033 hourly, in the Division of Streets and Roads, effective upon passage of Council.
Kimberly Read, Program Administrator, Grade 117E, $2,716.80 bi weekly, in the Division of Youth Services, effective upon passage of Council.
Section 2 - That upon successful completion of the physical or medical examination, the applicants listed in Section 1 may begin the probationary civil service probationary period.
