This is a request to rescind Resolution 154-2011 authorizing a change order in the amount of $66,000 to GBB to complete contractual work for the Division of Waste Management's RouteWare Program.   The Change Order was not awarded and the contract has been closed.  Rescinding the resolution will allow the Council Clerk to finalize clerical documentation.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:

      Section 1 - That Resolution No. 1544-2011, authorizing a Change Order to Gershman, Brickner & Bratton, Inc. to complete work on the Division of Waste Management Routeware System, be and the same is hereby rescinded.

      Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
