BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Urban County Council be and hereby adopts the Council's April 23, 2013 Fund Balance Worksheet, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, as the planned basis for the use or expenditure of such funds by the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
