Summary
Authorization to create two (2) unclassified positions of Information Security Engineer Sr. (Grade 532E) to provide information security (cybersecurity) staffing for the protection of all IT assets, systems and data for a term of three (3) years, in the Department of Information Technology, expiring July 31, 2025. These positions will replace the need for Contracted cybersecurity professional services Budgeted in the amount of $520,000.00 in FY2023. The 12-month Budgetary impact of the two positions totals $361,319.35, creating a cost savings in FY2023. (L0672-22) (Walters/Hamilton)
