Summary
Authorization to execute a Maintenance Agreement between the LFUCG and Unique Security for the provision of preventative and emergency maintenance for the security electronics system at the Division of Community Corrections. This is a three(3) year agreement beginning July 1, 2015. Execution of the agreement will be pursuant to allocation of funds in the FY16 budget. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute a Service Agreement with Unique Security, Inc., which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, for maintenance of the security electronics system at the Fayette County Detention Center, Division of Community Corrections, at a total cost not to exceed $142,355.00 for three years.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
