BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute Change Order No. 1, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to the Engineering Services Agreement with AMEC Environment & Infrastructure, Inc., to perform engineering services for a feasibility study of land application of mulch pond wastewater at the Haley Pike Landfill, increasing the contract price by the sum of $59,000.00 from $76,600.00 to $135,600.00.
