BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Division of Water Quality is authorized to purchase stationary hazardous gas monitoring equipment for the West Hickman Waste Water Treatment Plant, from Sierra Monitor Corporation, a sole source provider, and the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute any necessary agreement with Sierra Monitor Corporation related to the procurement.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $59,291.98, be and hereby is approved for payment to Sierra Monitor Corporation, from account # 4002-303403-91017.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
