BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to accept a direct reallocation of $11,700,000.00 in Emergency Rental Assistance federal Grant funds from the U.S. Department of the Treasury, for the continued operation of the Housing Stabilization Program, and authorizing the Mayor to execute any necessary Agreements related to the acceptance of these funds.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
