BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute an Agreement (awarded pursuant to RFP No. 46-2025), attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Davis H. Elliot Construction Company, Inc. for underground utility locating services, for the Division of Traffic Engineering, at a cost not to exceed $150,000.00.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $150,000.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Davis H. Elliot Construction Company, Inc., from account # 1136-303602-3601-71299 ($130,000.00) and account #1141-303602-3603-76101 ($20,000.00), pursuant to the terms of the Agreement.
