BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Division of Water Quality is authorized to procure railroad. crossing rehabilitation services related to the existing grade crossing located at the Town Branch Waste Water Treatment Plant, from R.J. Corman RailRd. Company, a sole source provider, and the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute any necessary Agreement with R.J. Corman RailRd. Company related to the procurement.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $40,193.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to R.J. Corman RailRd. Company, from account # 4003-303408-92811.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
