BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute and submit the Grant Application, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to the United States Conference of Mayors and the Scotts Miracle-Gro Company and to provide any additional information requested in connection with this Grant Application, which Grant funds are in the amount of $25,000.00 in cash and $15,000.00 in-kind Scotts Miracle-Gro Products, for the Jacobson Park toddler play area enhancements.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
