Authorization to accept award in the amount of $95,000 from the Kentucky Agricultural Development Fund for support of the Local Food Coordinator Project in the Mayor's Office-FY 2016-2017. The FY 2016 award will be for $47,500. The Local Food Coordinator is an advocate for policies, broker to connect local producers with institutional markets, supports projects that lead to increased markets for local farm products, and expanding efforts to include surrounding counties.
