BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute Change Order No. 1, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to the Agreement with L-M Asphalt Partners, Ltd d/b/a ATS Construction, for the Coolavin Rail Trail Project, decreasing the contract price by the sum of $22,807.82, from $438,680.00 to $415,872.43.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
