BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the bid of Lagco, Inc., in the amount of $1,496,279.00, for the Main Street Baptist Church Parking Lot Renovation (Jefferson Street Viaduct), for the Department of Environmental Quality and Public Works, be and hereby is accepted and approved as to the specifications and amounts set forth in the terms of the bid and Agreement, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, to enter into the attached Agreement with Lagco, Inc, related to the bid.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $1,411,847.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Lagco, Inc., from account #1105-313101-91714 ($414,847.00), and account #3230-313101-91714 ($997,000.00), pursuant to the terms of the bid and Agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
