BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the performance time for the Traffic Signal Timing Project for the FY2014 ITS/CMS (intelligent transportation system/congestion management system) traffic improvements project be and hereby is extended, and the Mayor or his designee, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, is authorized to execute any necessary Amendment to the Engineering Services Agreement or related document with URS Corporation related to the extension of time.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
