Authorization to execute Professional Services Agreements with Eva Harrison, Kayla Keeping, and Megan Magsam to serve as Contract Forensic Nursing Advocates to be scheduled based on availability. The Forensic Nursing Advocates will be used for the purpose of providing direct advocacy services to sexual assault victims and provide evaluation and archiving services to secure and modernize non-digital sexual assault case files. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute Professional Services Agreements, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Eva Harrison, Kayla Keeping, and Megan Magsam as Contract Forensic Nursing Advocates, to provide direct advocacy services to sexual assault victims under the Forensic Nursing Advocacy Program, at a cost not to exceed $29,302.00.
