BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Commissioner of Public Safety be and hereby is authorized and directed to evaluate the functions of all positions within the Division of Police and the Division of Fire and Emergency Services to determine whether the totality of a position's duties can be performed by a non-sworn employee.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
